Program fees

The total cost for joining the Vancouver Summer Program in 2026 is $5,975 CAD. This covers:

• Tuition for your course package and course materials
• Accommodation on the UBC campus
• Medical insurance
• City tour of Vancouver, welcome and farewell events, and weekly sociocultural events

Some activities may be partly subsidized or come at an additional cost. Your airfare, meals, personal trips and personal expenses are not covered in the program fee unless noted otherwise.

Eligibility

To apply for the Arts Vancouver Summer Program, you must be:

• An undergraduate student at a post-secondary institution, and
• At least 18 years of age on the first day of the program.
• Fully proficient in English and be able to engage in an academic setting. Language requirements are self-assessed – we do not require TOEFL or IELTS results.
